Tigana Meeting and More

Good evening everyone,

On Monday, May 30th we met as a club and discussed Tigana by Guy Gavriel Kay. It was a fun and lively discussion and we all agreed that we had found it be an enjoyable and pleasureable read.

For the month of July we decided to have a Canadian author theme to celebrate Canada Day. While the voting was tight, in the end Memories of Ice by Steven Erikson was the winner!

The book for June is To Say Nothing of the Dog by Connie Willis and if you need any copies all book club members receive a 15% discount at Epic Books on Locke Street.

The Ark and Anchor is working with our book club to host a book exchange for 100 in 1 Day Hamilton on Saturday, June 4th, 2016. The event runs from 8:00am until 4:00pm and everyone is welcome. If you would like to donate books of volunteer for the event please email ShipsLogBookClub@Gmail.com

Finally, the Guy Gavriel Kay event taking place on Monday, June 6th, 2016 is 100% sold out! We are looking forward to seeing you there!

See you at our next meeting on Monday, June 27th, 2016!
